Shipping and delivery

The processing time includes checking, picking, and handing over your order to the shipping provider. The shipping time is the subsequent transport time until delivery to you.
The delivery period begins upon conclusion of the contract. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping from Australia – all duties included
Our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia to your delivery address in Germany. This results in the aforementioned delivery time of 7 to 14 business days.
All import duties are already included in the price. We ship duty paid (DDP) and cover all import VAT and any customs fees ourselves. You will not incur any additional costs upon delivery – you only pay the final price stated in the shop. No further charges will be requested, and you do not need to clear the shipment through customs yourself.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the current status at any time on the shipment tracking page .
Partial deliveries
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we may ship them in separate packages. This will not incur any additional costs for you.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us. Failure to report the damage will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, your cooperation helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.
