Free Shipping

We deliver all orders within Germany free of charge (100% free). Regardless of the order value, you will not incur any shipping or delivery costs.

Processing Time 5–8 Business Days

The processing time includes checking, picking, and handing over your order to the shipping provider. The shipping time is the subsequent transport time until delivery to you.

The delivery time begins upon conclusion of the contract. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping from Australia – All Fees Included

Our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Australia to your delivery address in Germany. This results in the aforementioned transport time of 7 to 14 business days.

All import duties are already included in the price. We ship duty paid (DDP) and cover all import VAT and any customs fees ourselves. There are no additional costs for you upon delivery – you only pay the final price stated in the shop. Nothing will be requested, and you do not need to clear the shipment through customs yourself.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the current status at any time on the tracking page.

Partial Deliveries

If you order several items with different delivery times, we may ship them in separate shipments. This will not incur any additional costs for you.

Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us. Failure to file a complaint will not affect your legal rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, it will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.
